What makes Black Diamond Grocery Delivery different?
 

  1. We do not use hourly service fees. We believe transparent pricing serves our clients' needs better.
     

  2. We do not mark up the price of individual items or the general grocery bill. Store receipts are provided for every delivery, every time. They are the exact same prices listed in the store. We believe honest accounting serves our clients' needs better.
     

  3. We carefully place your items in your kitchen or room and send confirmations with photographs attached. There are no high-fives with bellhops while leaving your groceries on the ground in an open-air box. We communicate with your property management company or hotel to make this happen. We believe a complete service serves our clients' needs better.

How much does Black Diamond Grocery Delivery cost?

A 30% shipping fee (calculated from bills of sale) and a $35 handling fee added to your order total.

 

Do you accept same-day orders?

We do accept last-minute, day-of orders.  We will add a $30 expedite fee for such an order. Please e-mail us at orders@blackdiamondgrocery.com or give us a call/text at 435-604-5220 as soon as possible to see if we are able to fit you in.

When can I place my order?

Our website is available to place an order from 24 hours a day, thanks to the wonders of the internet. Telephone calls are accepted from 8am-10pm MST each day.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Of course. If you need to change an order, please contact us via e-mail at orders@blackdiamondgrocery.com or call/text us at 435-604-5220 with the items you would like to add or delete. As long as the order hasn’t been shopped yet, we can make it happen.

 

How do I cancel an order?

We understand plans can change and are happy to accommodate shifting dynamics. To cancel an order, please immediately e-mail us at orders@blackdiamondgrocery.com or call us at 435-604-5220 stating your full name and date of arrival, along with the bad news.

  • There is no cost to cancel an order, although... the cost of any groceries unable to be returned will be charged to the customer.

What if an item is out-of-stock at the store?

We make every effort to acquire all of the items on your list. However, there are times when some items are unavailable. We will then try to substitute that item with a comparable product. Most of the time, you will be happy.

What if I need more items during my stay?

Just complete an order form from our website, email orders@blackdiamondgrocery.com, or give us a call at 435-604-5220. Just as simple as the original order. We will waive the same-day fee of $20. Same-day service is limited and not guaranteed.

What if I am missing an item?

Please contact us immediately if you see an item is missing from your order. We will locate the item and get it over to you as soon as possible. We double check all orders during the shopping and packing stage before delivery. We are almost perfect in this regard.

Are there any days that alcohol cannot be purchased?

Generally, Sundays and holidays, although there are a few loopholes. 5% beer is sold in grocery stores and can be purchased 7 days a week.

What forms of payment do you accept? When is my credit card charged?

We accept payment by debit and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) only. Your card will be charged after delivery of your groceries. We also accept cold, hard cash and the occasional personal check.

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver seven days a week, including holidays. We make every effort to complete our deliveries before you arrive to your accommodations. If we cannot gain entry into your place of lodging through the property management company, we will contact you to set up a delivery time. If we are running late, we will let you know.

Do you sell or trade my personal information?

Your personal information is safe with us. It is not given, sold, or traded to anyone else.

​

Are my orders secure?

Your personal security is our main concern. We use CardPointe to process payments, and Square to process invoices. Both companies are leading industry payment processors, and we use them to ensure that all payment information is transmitted through protected channels.

​

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. If you really want that $45 pint of ice cream, we will be there for you…
